Amy Bryant


Amy Bryant received her master’s degree in Library Science from Indiana University in 2000 and since then she has been working in the libraries of Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana. As Information Technology and Public Services Reference Librarian she teaches bibliographic instruction, supports faculty use of technology, supervises circulation, supports library technology, and oversees digitization projects. She was a founding planner for the collaborative digitization projects IDEAS, (Image Database to Enhance Asian Studies) and the Plowshares Digital Archive.  Bryant is currently serving on the Earlham Curricular Policy Committee and Electronic Records Management committee as well as the the Private Academic Library Network of Indiana (PALNI) Digitization Taskforce and Technology Advisory Group. She is a member of the American Library Association and the Association of College and Research Libraries. Amy plays saxophone in jazz and classical ensembles.
