Kevin Reynolds

Kevin Reynolds is Dean of the Library at Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Previously, Kevin was Associate University Librarian at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he led the day-to-day operation of the Jessie Ball duPont Library. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions at Sewanee as Assistant University Librarian, Head of the Reference Department, and Head of the Government Documents Department. He also served as the Branch Manager of the Smyrna, TN, Public Library.

Kevin has long been active in the Tennessee Library Association, where he has served in numerous roles, including as the president of the association. He has been equally as active in the American Library Association, where he has served on a number of committees, on Council, and as a member of the Executive Board. Kevin’s interests are varied, but are centered around assessment, participatory design for libraries, and career counseling for librarians. Toward the latter, with the help of numerous volunteers, Kevin has organized an active career development services program in the Tennessee Library Association.
