Respond to Messages & Address Special Needs

Throughout the Survey administration period

After the Survey’s launch, you’ll receive many e-mail responses. Some participants will express concern and others will bring special needs to your attention. Be prepared for an overly full Inbox and set aside time to reply to the e-mails you receive. Contact the MISO Survey Specialist if you encounter a question that you can’t answer or a significant concern.

After the initial Survey invitation email has been sent, please also count the number of messages that bounce back from nonexistent or closed email addresses.  Report this number to the MISO Survey Specialist.
