Information Sharing Agreement

The Information Sharing Agreement, which Campus Survey Administrators can download from the Survey Administration website, must be submitted before your institution can participate in the MISO Survey.  This agreement governs:

• survey participation fee
• ownership of survey data
• delivery of survey results
• disclosure and distribution of survey results
