Information Sharing Agreement

The Informati0n Sharing Agreement (ISA) must be submitted before your institution can participate in the MISO Survey.  This agreement governs:

• survey participation fee
• ownership of survey data
• delivery of survey results
• disclosure and distribution of survey results
