Registration is open for the 2026-2027 Survey!

Deadline to Register:  July 17, 2026

The survey will be conducted in early 2027, with the planning process beginning in the summer of 2026. Please complete the form on this page if your institution is interested in participating. As always, your registration includes timely training and expert support from the dedicated MISO Survey team as you plan, build, and administer your surveys, as well as when you interpret your survey results. 

2026-2027 Pricing

$2,200 — 3 core populations:  faculty, undergraduates, and staff

$800 — Special populations, up to 3 populations (ex. graduate students)

$400 — Split sample design per survey population
