Registration is now open for the
20th anniversary
running of the MISO Survey!

Deadline:   First come, first served so sign up early as there will be a cap on the number of participants!

It is the 20th anniversary of the MISO Survey! We are celebrating by making the survey free of charge for any school that has ever participated and instituting MISO's original pricing for any school participating for the first time.  It is our way of saying thank you for making the MISO Survey such a success. The survey will be conducted in early 2026, with the planning process beginning in the summer of 2025. Please complete the form on this page if your institution is interested in participating. 

As always, your registration includes timely training and expert support from the dedicated MISO Survey team as you plan, build, and administer your surveys, as well as when you interpret your survey results. 

2025-2026 Pricing

$2,200 $0 for past participants — 3 core populations:  faculty, undergraduates, and staff

$2,200 $1000 for new participants  — 3 core populations:  faculty, undergraduates, and staff

$800 $0 for past participants— Special populations, up to 3 populations (ex. grad students)

$800 $500 for new participants— Special populations, up to 3 populations (ex. grad students)

$400 — Split sample design per survey population
