Campus announcement: Monday of launch week. You are responsible for distributing this message and forwarding a copy to the MISO team.
Pre-invitation: Sent the day before launch. This message goes to all student populations.
Initial invitation: Sent on the fourth Thursday of the term.
First reminder: Sent the Tuesday after launch (five days into the live survey).
Second reminder: Sent the Friday of the same week as the first reminder (eight days into the live survey).
Survey close: Announced the Monday after the second reminder; the survey closes early Tuesday (12 days into the survey).
Third reminder to students (if needed): If student response rates are too low at the close of the survey, students may receive a third reminder. This will be either Emergency or Non-emergency. The Emergency message is used when response rates are so low that the usefulness of the data is at risk.
